Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Architecture Group under the Chief Information Officer to define product requirements and translate business needs into platform scope for a focused business area. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact position on a fast‑growing team with an opportunity to contribute to overall business strategy and product vision. This role owns product strategy, pipeline, and defines the roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter and organized thinker with experience in leading full‑cycle product development. This position reports to the Director of Business Architecture or another member of senior management that the President of the Company may designate.
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch while partnering with the business and engineering teams to deploy new products and features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product requirements and act as business architect; transpose the requirements into user stories. Conduct UAT as the business stakeholder for developed features.
- Work with business leaders to develop roadmaps for technical execution within your domain while utilizing Agile best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience at a tactical and transactional level. Become the SME for your product domain with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure product documentation is current and accessible to stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in a Fin Tech environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong business analytical skills with the capability of identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing product use data.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong creative problem‑solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Experience in the solar or clean energy industry.
- Familiarity with residential solar selling tools like Aurora, Solo, etc.
- 5+ years in relevant Product Management experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Experience working with global or cross‑cultural teams.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
