Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their business deals.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgement, recognising when to take action and when to escalade. The Opportunity

As part of the Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy team, you will drive the day‑to‑day activities of large engagements focused on Product and Technology Diligence and Product‑led Value Creation for software and technology‑enabled businesses. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver exceptional results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, provide insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to the firm’s business strategies through informed decision‑making
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to enhance project delivery

What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
  • 7 years of experience in technology consulting, product strategy, or software engineering
