About the Team

We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start‑up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what’s next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems globally. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, BD, legal, marketing science, partner enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.

Tik Tok is redefining how brands measure advertising effectiveness in a privacy‑first, cross‑media world. We are seeking a Business Development, Measurement Lead to drive strategic partnerships across Tik Tok’s global measurement ecosystem, spanning lift, outcomes, attribution, media mix modeling, brand safety and verification, and cross‑media planning and measurement.

In this role, you will own and scale Tik Tok’s measurement partnerships portfolio, forging new relationships with industry‑leading partners while deepening existing ones. You’ll work closely with Partner Management, Product, Marketing Science, Product Strategy, Sales, Legal, and Finance to accelerate adoption, unlock revenue, and ensure Tik Tok delivers trusted, advertiser‑grade measurement at global scale.

Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial strategy and negotiations with new and existing measurement partners, including pricing frameworks, volume commitments, and renewals.
  • Own and scale Tik Tok’s global measurement partnerships portfolio across lift, outcomes, attribution, cross‑media planning and measurement, and verification solutions.
  • Partner closely with Product, Partner Management, and Marketing Science to influence roadmap priorities and launch new measurement capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging measurement technologies, methodologies, and partners, developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations aligned with Tik Tok’s measurement strategy.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product Strategy to operationalize partnerships and support advertiser adoption.
  • Represent Tik Tok in external partner engagements, industry forums, and strategic measurement initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, or product partnerships, preferably within ad tech, media platforms, or measurement.
  • 3+ years of direct business development experience with measurement
  • Strong understanding of advertising measurement methodologies, vendors, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high‑value commercial agreements.
  • Proven ability to operate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing Science, Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience managing forecasts, pricing structures, and ROI analyses.
  • Excellent communication, executive‑presence, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or managing partnerships across the measurement ecosystem (e.g., lift, attribution, MMM, verification, cross‑media).
  • Experience supporting global advertisers, agency holding companies, or large enterprise clients.
  • Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with evolving measurement standards and privacy requirements.
