• Shape how Coval scales in all facets of our company, including GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution.
• Work directly with the CEO to drive company priorities, strategic planning, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Partner closely with customers to translate insights into product and GTM strategies.
• Assist with internal operations, such as hiring pipelines, dashboards, investor updates.
• Lead special projects – e.g., preparing for a major enterprise deal, evaluating a new product line, scoping partnership opportunities.

• Scrappy, self‑motivated, and a ruthless prioritizer.
• Customer‑obsessed and will center customer needs in everything you do.
• Thrives in the chaos of building zero‑to‑one systems.

• Prior experience in a high‑velocity environment, ideally in the role of a Founder, early operator, Chief of Staff, or product‑adjacent role.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• A talent for operational excellence.

• Experience supporting or working with enterprise sales motions.
• Product intuition around AI agents, LLMs, or developer tooling.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.

We work 100% in‑person in our San Francisco office. This is an extremely collaborative environment perfect for someone who wants to build a category‑defining company from the ground floor.
