The RoleWe are hiring a contract People Coordinator (HR + Recruiting) to own interview coordination and support core people operations, freeing up internal bandwidth while ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for candidates and employees.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end interview logistics, act as the primary point of contact for candidates, and support people operations processes such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and data accuracy. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments, communicates clearly, and takes pride in operational excellence.
What You’ll Do- Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling across roles, time zones, and interview formats
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, interviewer preparation, and follow‑ups
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the ATS and related tracking systems
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
- Support onboarding coordination and people operations workflows as needed
- Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and checklists
- Monitor inboxes, calendars, and scheduling tools with urgency and attention to detail
- Anticipate issues and proactively resolve scheduling or coordination challenges
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role
- Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and calendar tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high‑volume scheduling with accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Candidate‑first mindset with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
