Senior Business Analyst

• Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet).
• Be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications for large and complex projects.
• Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition.
• Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert.
• Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.

10+ years experience in internet/intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.

• 10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications
• Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking
• Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities
• Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving
• Solid understanding/knowledge and practical experience using Rational Unified Process (RUP)
• Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your project team and potentially across a team of Business Analysts focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort
• Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio and ideally prior experience with Enterprise Architect and Requisite Pro
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization
• Excellent inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships
• Commitment to being part of a team, open to having all work peer-reviewed by the analyst community and working within a diverse environment
• Ability to be highly organized and effective within a fast-paced environment
• Business Analysis for multiple projects
• Working with project managers to amend existing project plan as needed
• Risk assessment, management and mitigation ownership, including risk assessment documentation
• Ownership (including tracking, follow-up and closure) of action items and open issues list
• A day-to-day workable project plan that uses small-scale milestones across implementation team areas to ensure consistent forward movement of the implementation, including formal tracking and reporting of progress
• Project communications

• 10+ years relevant business analysis experience
• Solid knowledge of financial services and online/mobile environments
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise or experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Online authentication, authorization, fraud or security
• Online money movement solutions, including Bill Pay
• Online Banking, Secure Messaging/Alerts, e-document delivery, Personal Financial Management solutions and small business solutions
• Web channel management, including online sales and marketing, and application fulfillment
• Experience working in and knowledge of client systems and processes
• Experience with Planview and STAMP
