Position OverviewRDI has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the entire sales order fulfillment process—from initial order entry through completion of punch lists. The Sales Coordinator will provide critical support to our sales team while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service to our customers.
- High level of professionalism and confidence
- Team-oriented and willingness to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and order management systems.
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and client relationship skills
- Contract furniture industry experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Provide clear and concise communication and support to project team and client.
- Research product and obtain pricing/ technical order information for preparation of client proposals.
- Develop accurate and detailed client proposal for review.
- Management of the sales order fulfillment process.
- Timely process of purchase orders upon receipt of client approval.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each order.
- Review and reconcile order acknowledgements with factory as needed.
- Track and schedule project delivery and installation with project team and client.
- Factory interface and close-out of orders including punch resolution and customer signoffs.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
