- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to support planning and decision‑making
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance insights across multiple revenue streams
- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis
- Support management reporting, board materials, and executive dashboards with clear, actionable insights
- Evaluate unit economics, ROI, and investment tradeoffs through ad‑hoc analysis
- Help design and improve scalable, automated FP&A processes as the company grows
- 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, banking, or consulting
- Experience in high‑growth, fast‑changing environments; startup or venture‑backed SaaS and/or HaaS experience is a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience or exposure to managing or implementing modern financial planning software (e.g. Mosaic, Abacum, Drivetrain, Planful)
- Comfort working with imperfect data and evolving assumptions
- Ability to execute independently while knowing when to ask for input
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, thoughtful work
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate numbers into insights
- A collaborative mindset and strong relationship‑building skills
- Annual base salary range: $120k – $150k. This salary range reflects the Bay Area. If you are the selected candidate, the final offer will be based on your demonstrated skills and competencies for the role.
