- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Master's degree in Business or a quantitative field (business, finance, statistics, economics).
- Experience with business analysis and working data tools (e.g. SQL).
- Experience leading initiatives and change management.
- Excellent communications skills.

As the Global Product Lead for Agency, you will lead the strategy, GTM, and execution for Display and You Tube with GCS’ vast ecosystem of Agency partners to enable GCS to achieve unprecedented scale. In this role, you will design and lead the Display and You Tube strategy for Agencies/third parties and establish as the subject‑matter‑expert on Agencies. You will develop the SMB product outlook for Agencies and influence the product road map and deliver recommendations to executive stakeholders.

US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities- Own the global Agency strategy and GTM for Display and You Tube.
- Create the annual business plan and lead cross‑functional global teams in execution.
- Identify critical product needs and develop the business case to drive the product road map.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships with stakeholders across Google such as sales, sales ops, finance, accounting, marketing, legal, and others.
- Present plans and results to the cross‑functional leadership.
