This role can be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

We are looking fora Strategic Finance Senior Associate(LMS) to join our team in leading our top and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. This person will focus on a number of business-wide initiatives including but not limited to product GTM, Partnerships strategy, operating model redesign, and long-term strategic planning to support growth of Linked In Marketing Solutions – our ads business.

• Learnstoidentifynewopportunities for growth within a limited scope and supportsstrategy development with business partners.
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks inputand feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

• Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) toseniorcross-functional stakeholderstodriveaction.
• Leveragesinsightsanddatatodevelopnarrativestoinfluencestakeholderswith limited guidance.

• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- orientedperspective,withminimalsupervision.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop work streams and operational processes.
• Proactivelyidentifiesobstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.

• Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks.
• Executesad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
