The Role
Russell Tobin is supporting a leading global digital platform in hiring a Senior Partnership Program Manager to drive high-value advertising and strategic partnership initiatives.
This individual will play a key role in maintaining, structuring, and implementing complex, high-value partnership agreements within a rapidly scaling Partnerships Program. The position blends strategic thinking, deal execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to support significant revenue growth initiatives.
This role will be instrumental in supporting 120+ active partnership agreements and managing a 200+ deal pipeline aligned to a multi-billion-dollar revenue trajectory.
What You’ll Do- Lead strategic and operational execution within a Deal Lab environment focused on high-impact advertising partnerships
- Structure, implement, and track complex partnership agreements tied to advertising revenue
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Ad Sales, Revenue Growth, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) to manage deal flow and execution
- Support development of new programs and pricing strategies for high-value customers
- Identify barriers to adoption and partner with Ad Sales teams to create scalable solutions and commercial models
- Track, manage, and optimize a large pipeline of active and prospective partnership deals
- Act as a thought partner to Revenue Growth and Strategy leadership, contributing to both near-term results and long-term program evolution
- Strong background in digital advertising, ad tech, media partnerships, or platform monetization
- Demonstrated deal‑making exposure (structuring, negotiating, or operationalizing partnership agreements)
- Experience supporting complex revenue programs or strategic partnership portfolios
- Ability to navigate cross‑functional environments and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating pricing models, commercial structures, or revenue strategies
- Experience working closely with Ad Sales teams
- Familiarity with pipeline management and high‑volume deal environments
- Experience in media, social platforms, marketplaces, or advertising‑driven ecosystems
