Senior Disputes QC Specialist

• Salary range for US employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $120,600 - $150,700
• Salary range for US employees outside of major cities: $108,500 - $135,600

• Conduct manual quality assessments of dispute resolution processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
• Create quality dashboards and trend reports to analyze dispute quality
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on quality assessments to enhance the dispute program
• Facilitate quality calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, and internal policy changes

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in the finance industry with a focus on quality for card and ACH transaction disputes
• Strong understanding of Reg E dispute requirements
• Familiarity with Mastercard and/or Visa chargeback rules
• Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and efficiently

• Knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
• Demonstrated curiosity about the US banking system, startups, and ecommerce companies
• Empathy and understanding in communication with team members
