The InternshipOur Summer Internship Program offers talented and motivated students from the class of 2028 a unique opportunity to work as professional members of our firm.
- Collaborate in teams to tackle complex business challenges for Fortune 1000 clients
- Conduct essential research and manage data
- Perform complex quantitative, strategic, and financial analyses
- Gain exposure to senior leadership through project team participation
- Receive mentorship and guidance throughout the internship
- Participate in a training week at the beginning of the summer
- Engage with various industries through educational sessions and networking opportunities

- Generalist Consulting: Work across industries to acquire broad skills and content knowledge before specializing. Potentially work across Consumer, Telecom & Technology, Health & Life Sciences, Energy, Banking, Transportation & Advanced Industrials and more.
- Banking & Financial Services: Participate in significant decisions shaping the future of financial institutions. Understand operations, client strategies, and risk management from day one.
- AI, Data, Analytics & Advanced Applications: Design and launch machine learning and analytics solutions, leveraging cutting‑edge technology. Ideal for those with technical skills and a passion for real‑world application.
- Technology‑Driven Transformation: Lead tech‑enabled transformations, coordinating with tech and operations teams to improve processes for large organizations. Requires interest in software architecture and development.
- Private Equity & Post Transaction: Collaborate across the investment lifecycle with private equity investors, providing rigorous analyses to aid critical investment decisions.

Eligibility Requirements- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is necessary. Note that Oliver Wyman does not provide sponsorship for this position, and CPT and OPT are restricted forms of work authorization.
- Must be a second‑year undergraduate student (Class of 2028) pursuing a four‑year degree.

Internship CompensationThe salary for this role is $2,100 per week, less applicable withholding.
