Job Description & How to Apply Below
At Fellow, we're on a mission to help people brew ridiculously good coffee we're more than just beautifully designed kettles and grinders-we're a brand built on innovation, community, and culture. We believe great coffee isn't just about the final cup; it's about the experience, the ritual, and the people who make it all happen.
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and help scale Fellow's global commercial engine. This role sits at the center of Sales, Marketplaces, Commercial Strategy, and Customer Experience teams, turning strategy into execution and ensuring we are focused on the initiatives that will drive the greatest impact. The ideal candidate is both highly strategic and deeply operational-equally comfortable framing executive decisions and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
This role will work across a broad set of leaders and functions, acting as a force multiplier for the CCO while owning critical cross-functional programs end to end. This role based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires regular in-office presence in accordance with company policy and regular collaboration across global stakeholders.
This is a temporary internship for three to six months.

Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs from idea to implementation. Illustrative examples include:
- Develop a global long-term growth strategy for our $XXM Drinkware business
- Evaluate and plan a direct market entry into Canada
- Partner with Analytics and E-commerce to launch a unified Customer 360 data model
- Expand and operationalize the Drops program at our retail partners
- Develop and sequence the globalization strategy for Fellow Drops
- Build the roadmap to scale the field sales organization, including structure, hiring model, enablement, and productivity metrics
- Support our go-to-market restructuring in Europe with market, competitive, and pricing analysis
- Identify bottlenecks that slow growth and implement durable fixes
- Increase visibility into KPIs and create mechanisms for faster, better decisions
- Help allocate resources toward highest-return opportunities
- Lead turnarounds efforts as needed
- Act as connective tissue between Commercial and Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
- Create clarity around ownership, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Drive communication that keeps teams moving in the same direction
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth operating teams; MBA (or MBA in progress) preferred
- Strong general athlete with high horsepower and exceptional analytical capability; ability to perform large amounts of quantitative analysis and be able to place it in the broader context of the business and market
- Superior business acumen and an ability to understand impact of initiatives across all functional areas of the business
- "Elastic thinker" who can operate at both the 10,000 foot and the 10-inch level
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives with measurable results
- High consumer empathy and intuition
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence; ability to work with all functional areas of the business, from go-to-market teams to engineering and operations
Why You'll Love This Role
- A creative, fast-moving environment where ideas turn into action
- Competitive compensation
- Monthly team lunches and company events
- Spacious office in San Francisco
