About Faire

Faire is an online wholesale marketplace built on the belief that the future is local. Independent retailers around the globe generate more revenue than Walmart and Amazon combined, yet individually they are small compared to these massive entities. Faire uses tech, data, and machine learning to connect this thriving community of entrepreneurs across the globe. By helping small businesses discover the best products worldwide, we level the playing field so that they can compete with big‑box and e‑commerce giants.

  • Operate with GM‑level economic ownership across the portfolio.
  • Manage the Value pillar as a coherent economic system, balancing growth, margin, capital efficiency, and risk—and making portfolio‑level tradeoffs to optimize performance as programs scale.
  • Operate with deep fluency in the economic drivers behind each program.
  • Continuously optimize growth, margin, and return on investment.
  • Align executive stakeholders on investment horizons and guardrails.
  • Identify and validate new growth opportunities within the Value pillar.
