The Revenue Analyst plays an important role in supporting the hotel’s overall revenue strategy by providing thoughtful analysis, accurate forecasting, and data-driven insights that help position the hotel for continued growth and market leadership.
This position reports directly to the Director of Revenue Management and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and execute strategies designed to maximize total hotel revenue and outperform the competitive set.
The hourly rate for this position is $38.50, annualized at $80,080 based on 40 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports tracking key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, segmentation mix, and channel performance
- Analyze historical and forward-looking demand trends to identify revenue risks and opportunities across all segments
- Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term revenue forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of pricing and inventory strategies
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights supporting demand generation and business development initiatives
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market dynamics to recommend revenue optimization strategies
- Participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide analytical support for key business decisions
- Ensure data integrity across systems, reports, and distribution channels
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel operations role preferred (Front Office, Reservations, Sales, or similar)
Previous experience in revenue management, finance, or data analysis is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with hotel PMS and revenue management systems preferred
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
