SE Ventures, a $1B+ venture capital platform backed by Schneider Electric, is investing globally in category‑defining companies across Energy Intelligence, Industrial Intelligence, and Enterprise AI.

The SE Ventures Accelerator is a highly selective, founder‑first program designed to help pre‑seed startups reach product‑market fit and early commercial traction.

We are seeking an Accelerator Leader – North America to lead and scale this platform from Silicon Valley. This leadership role intersects venture capital, enterprise innovation, and company building, owning end‑to‑end performance of the accelerator from sourcing founders to delivering measurable commercial outcomes with Schneider Electric.

• Build and curate a world‑class founder pipeline: source and select top pre‑seed startups in Energy, Industry, and Enterprise AI, maintaining an ultra‑selective approach, and positioning SE Ventures as a top‑tier entry point for early‑stage founders globally.
• Lead and evolve the Accelerator program: define and continuously refine the accelerator model, design bespoke engagement plans for each startup (customer discovery, GTM, pricing, enterprise integration), and ensure each cohort delivers tangible commercial results (customer engagements, pilots, revenue traction). Use the dedicated team of Operating Partners to orchestrate deep collaboration between startups and Schneider Electric / AVEVA stakeholders.
• Drive enterprise engagement at scale: unlock high‑value interactions (pilots, co‑development, go‑to‑market opportunities), align internal incentives and stakeholders to accelerate real business outcomes.
• Mentor and support founders: act as a trusted advisor on strategy, product positioning, commercialization, design, and scaling; provide hands‑on guidance through early‑stage inflection points.
• Invest and manage portfolio outcomes: lead investment decisions in accelerator companies (SAFE / pre‑seed), prepare investment memos, drive approvals with the SE Ventures Investment Committee, and support companies post‑program, including follow‑on investment readiness and investor introductions.
• Build and activate a global ecosystem: develop a strong network of mentors, operators, investors, and corporate partners; represent SE Ventures at industry events; strengthen the brand as a leading enterprise‑backed accelerator.

• Master, MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience.
• 5‑10 years’ experience in venture studio / pre‑seed investment fund.
• Experience in company building; ideally former entrepreneur.
• Good knowledge of Silicon Valley early‑stage ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to manage uncertainty, leverage networks, and align multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Climate Tech and Industrial Tech markets.

Menlo Park (3 days a week office policy).

USD 208,000‑312,000 per year (including base pay and short‑term incentives), applicable to U.S. candidates.
