Product Manager, Products

Workato is a fast‑growing company seeking a Product Manager of Growth Products to explore, validate, launch, and grow GenAI‑based applications built on its core Enterprise Orchestration platform. The role will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle from idea to production and measure impact through product adoption and revenue.

• Research the market for purpose‑built GenAI applications and develop a POV on the market, competitive landscape, and positioning.
• Write product specifications for engineering teams.
• Collect feedback from customers and prospects to create a unified product backlog.
• Own the product from concept through production.
• Build consensus across the company around priorities and lead product execution.
• Deliver product roadmaps for your area of responsibility.
• Enable the GTM team (Sales, Pre‑sales, Customer Success, Marketing) in go‑lives and continuous improvement.
• Support Sales & Pre‑sales in sales cycles and closing deals.
• Represent the product at industry events and Workato’s conference, Automate.

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience developing and launching products in AI, Cloud, SaaS, or RPA environments.
• Domain expertise in products sold to IT or Customer Support (e.g., Helpdesk, Service Desk).
• Strong proficiency in agile methodology, including adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Experience driving product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and design.
• Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Pre‑Sales, and Marketing.
• Start‑up experience is a plus.
• Experience in Product‑Led Growth is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (MBA preferred).
