Founding Product Manager; Health Tech

An early stage health tech investment that we're incredibly excited about is looking to hire a highly hands on product leader to partner closely with the founders and help turn an ambitious product vision into a category defining platform for the post acute care EHR market.

We're looking for an exceptional product thinker with roughly 5 to 7 years of experience who has helped build and launch a product from 0 to 1. More than deep domain expertise, we're looking for someone with exceptional learning velocity. Because the company is building an AI native product in a rapidly evolving market, this person should be able to ramp quickly, develop deep customer empathy, and become a trusted product leader in a very short period of time.

This search is all about slope over intercept. We're intentionally not targeting candidates with decades of experience. Instead, we're looking for a rising star who has consistently punched above their weight, thrives in ambiguity, and is ready to make a significant leap by owning the product end to end alongside the founders.

This is an in person role, 5 days a week, out of their San Francisco office.

• Strong academic foundation along with "rising star" employment history that clearly shows an upward trajectory of impact and responsibility in highly competitive environments over the last 5 to 10 years.
• You have a strong playbook for success and can spot "winning" traits in others (and can nurture them as well)
• Amazing product instincts along with a proven ability to work with internal and external customers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the products you've owned
• Keen business mind with great communication and presentation skills
• Incredibly data driven and a first principles thinker
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to be a startup founder in the future
• Previous startup experience a strong plus
