Overview
For our client, we are seeking a GTM Growth Product Manager Agentic Systems to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location& Compensation
Location:
San Francisco, CA — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $239,000 – $265,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Understand the challenges faced by GTM teams and customers; identify AI-driven opportunities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for GTM AI systems
- Build AI-powered products to enhance pipeline generation and seller productivity
- Translate business strategy into scalable product capabilities and engineering priorities
- Lead cross-functional execution across various teams and stakeholders
- Enhance data foundations for GTM systems including entity resolution and data movement
- Utilize experimentation and customer feedback to evaluate impact on sales processes
- Facilitate adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across teams
- 8+ years of product management experience in agentic systems, GTM systems, enterprise SaaS, revenue technology, or AI workflow products
- Strong fluency in modern GTM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Excellent skills in cross-functional influence, strategic alignment, and executive communication
- Highly analytical with the ability to define KPIs and use data for prioritization
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office per week
- Relocation assistance for new employees
- Occasional travel required
