Chief of Staff​/Lead Operator

A heavily capitalized hardtech and industrial infrastructure company, backed by top-tier venture capital and premier institutional growth funds, is expanding its core leadership team. The firm is building next-generation processing technology to modernize heavy manufacturing and secure domestic supply chains for vital industrial materials.

• Executive Leverage: Partner directly with the executive office to triage high-value priorities, run the weekly operating rhythm, and translate macro company goals into immediate field execution.
• Operational Architecture: Bridge the gap between corporate strategy and the physical facility floor. You will build internal tracking systems, unblock operational bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional deadlines.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Drive: Drive the operational follow-through on complex supplier relationships, master service agreements, and heavy industrial vendor management.
• Corporate Housekeeping: Project manage work streams for investor updates, board preparation, internal company systems, and core operating finance tracking.

• The Grounding: 8–10+ years of deep operational experience within high-accountability environments such as industrial startups, advanced manufacturing, energy infrastructure, defense, aerospace, or elite military logistics.
• The Technical Fluency: Exceptional organizational intuition and absolute comfort working directly alongside engineers, plant operators, vendors, and institutional stakeholders.
• The Execution Mindset: Pure low-ego, execution-first DNA. You are a strong writer and sharp systems thinker who is entirely comfortable managing corporate administration one hour, and troubleshooting a site logistics bottleneck the next. You don't need a clean org chart or perfect playbooks to be effective.
