Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Business Operations professional to join one of our valued client partners in San Francisco, California. This opportunity is designed for a strategic operator who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building operational infrastructure where processes do not yet exist. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role combines customer deployment ownership, operational strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses an ownership mentality, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the confidence to solve complex operational challenges while managing multiple customer deployments from initiation through optimization.

• Own customer deployments from project kickoff through successful implementation and long-term optimization
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics
• Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance using operational insights
• Design scalable operational processes supporting multi-site customer implementations
• Build workflows, documentation, and repeatable systems where standardized processes do not yet exist
• Partner directly with customer organizations to understand operational requirements and business objectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and implementation progress with executive stakeholders
• Identify operational improvements that increase deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting rapid organizational growth

• 2–6 years of experience within a startup, consulting firm, investment bank, or similarly fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience managing complex operational initiatives or strategic projects
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience working in highly ambiguous environments with minimal established processes
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to independently prioritize and execute high‑impact initiatives
• Strong academic background demonstrating rigorous analytical thinking
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, California

• Previous management consulting experience
• Early‑stage startup experience supporting rapid organizational growth through Series A or Series B funding
• Experience building operational systems and scalable business processes from the ground up
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Experience supporting AI, SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software implementations
• High degree of initiative, adaptability, and executive‑level professionalism

• Compensation: $140,000–$220,000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), equity (0.2%–0.6%), complimentary onsite lunch and dinner, professional development opportunities, and potential visa sponsorship on a case‑by‑case basis
