We are hiring our first Product Designer. This is not a role where you polish pixels on an existing product. You will help design the core systems that power our entire portfolio of companies.

You will work directly with founders, engineers, and operators to design tools that help businesses run better, from AI-assisted workflows to internal platforms and decision tools. This role is ideal for someone who likes owning problems end-to-end, moving quickly, and designing systems where humans and AI work together.

• You will define how design works here, from tooling to process to culture.

• Design products from 0 to 1 across verticals.
• Conduct user research and build domain expertise.
• Turn complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Design next‑generation operating systems where humans collaborate with AI agents.
• Work closely with founders, product managers, and engineers to ship quickly.
• Establish and evolve our foundational design system and UX principles.

• 2+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer‑grade UI/UX, design system thinking, and shipped products.
• Strong product instincts and attention to detail.
