Hiring:
Investment Operations Technology Program Coordinator

I’m looking for an experienced Program Coordinator / Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support technology delivery within a financial services environment.

This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, comfortable coordinating multiple delivery teams, and experienced supporting Agile environments.

• 3–5+ years of program/project coordination, PMO, Scrum support, or delivery operations experience
• Financial services experience—ideally investment management, asset management, fund operations, investment operations, or banking
• Strong hands‑on JIRA experience, including boards, dashboards, reporting, and data quality
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PI Planning
• Experience facilitating meetings, capturing minutes and action items, and driving follow‑through
• Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience preparing metrics and leadership presentations
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to have:
Big Picture, Confluence, SAFe, Steer Co reporting, fund treasury exposure, and onboarding/offboarding coordination.

San Francisco/hybrid candidates preferred. Remote candidates must be willing to travel to San Francisco quarterly.
