- Work closely with founders to identify ICP patterns, buying triggers, objections, and expansion opportunities
- Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and weekly GTM metrics
- Support inbound lead follow-up and help convert founder interest into active customer conversations
- Create lightweight sales collateral, email sequences, founder-facing materials, and vertical-specific messaging
- Partner with product and legal teams to translate customer feedback into clearer packaging, positioning, and product priorities
- Help design repeatable processes for onboarding, referrals, partnerships, and customer success handoffs
- Represent Vector Legal with a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and urgency in founder-facing conversations
- 2 to 5 years of experience in GTM, sales, business development, founder-facing customer success, or startup operations

- Highly organized, metrics-oriented, and comfortable owning a CRM and sales process from scratch
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment
- Strong product intuition and interest in AI, legal services, startups, or professional services transformation
- High agency, low ego, and a willingness to do both strategic GTM work and hands‑on execution
