** Technology Strategic Initiatives Manager**, you will be responsible for:
* Turning ambiguous, cross-functional priorities into structured plans, clear owners, and measurable outcomes.
* Developing fact-based analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations using qualitative and quantitative data
* Synthesizing findings into executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership decision-making
* Driving quality, consistency, and timely delivery across work streams
* Managing day-to-day team interactions, project plans, deliverables, and team coordination across multiple stakeholders## Qualifications
* 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, or technology strategy roles, with a track record of measurable business impact.
* Structured, first-principles thinker who can operate in ambiguity and move between long-term vision and near-term execution without losing rigor.
* Strong written and verbal communication with ability to build alignment across technical and business stakeholders and produce clear, executive-ready materials.
* Experience supporting or managing delivery of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Bias toward proposing solutions with tradeoffs, not escalating open problems.
