• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and developing consumer products.
• Experience developing consumer software and hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and managing product decisions.

• Experience inventing innovative and user-friendly products.
• Experience with health/customer support systems and large language model (LLM) chatbot agents.
• Experience working in the Product Management job family.

We’re responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The customer support experience is key to users perception of products, their trust in the brand, and their loyalty to the product. We aim to provide a comprehensive, seamless customer support experience with Pixel Help, an on-device AI-powered support agent. Additionally, we aim to create a suite of easily accessible on-device diagnostics, troubleshooters, and health signals that provide glanceable reassurance to users.

In this role, you will address gaps in our telemetry coverage and partner with cross-functional teams to improve our capabilities while meeting our privacy and policy goals.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
