Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-obsessed Event Production Coordinator to support the preparation, production, and on-site execution of our events. This is a part-time role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Execution
  • Attend events as the on-site contact for the client and ensure setup goes smoothly.
  • Manage load-in and load-out logistics, including transport, setup, and breakdown of carts and signage.
Production & Design
  • Design and work with our clients to ensure timely production, approvals, and delivery of custom assets
  • Partner with vendor partners to produce and deliver high-quality, on-brand event materials.
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on inventory and client-facing materials to ensure event offerings are accurate and custom to each client's vision.
Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event production, operations, or coordination (retail, hospitality, or experiential background preferred).
Soft Skills:
  • Clear, professional communication for coordinating with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude-comfortable being on-site, on your feet, and solving problems in the moment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for unique, memorable experiences.
