Your Role at Sephora:

As Talent Operations Manager, you’ll be the operational engine behind Sephora’s Learning & Talent Development function, building scalable processes, systems, and insights that enable a more connected, efficient, and future-ready talent ecosystem. The work you do will impact beauty, as you strengthen the infrastructure that supports learning, leadership development, succession readiness, and enterprise growth. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the operational backbone of Learning & Talent Development, owning systems, data, reporting, documentation, and compliance processes that keep the function running effectively and reliably.
  • Own reporting strategy, dashboard development, metric governance, and insights infrastructure to support leadership decision-making.
  • Serve as a cross-trained LMS administrator for My Sephora Learning, responsible for stakeholder-facing reporting, workflow optimization, completion tracking, and building shared team expertise.
  • Manage end-to-end operations for program survey evaluations, including launch planning, population management, reporting, and continuous improvement across program cycles
  • Establish and maintain process documentation and SOP governance, ensuring critical workflows are current, scalable, and ready for handoff.
  • Lead operational planning and execution for LVMH / Sephora global program cascades, translating requirements into timelines, tracking mechanisms, reporting, and local implementation plans.
  • Drive LVMH Annual Learning Audit readiness, including evidence collection, submission coordination, issue tracking, and post-audit process improvements.
  • Maintain and update operational resources, ensuring shared tools and materials remain accurate, current, and user-friendly.
  • Translate complex data into clear reporting narratives, dashboards, and actionable stakeholder recommendations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, governance, and user experience across learning and talent operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to manage dependencies, communicate program updates, and support successful execution of recurring and global initiatives.
  • Use sound judgment while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and insight generation within the appropriate scope and governance of the role.
What You’ll Bring :
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, talent operations, learning operations, HRIS/LMS administration, people analytics, or a related operations- and systems-focused environment.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to create structure, manage recurring processes, and continuously improve complex workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent development and evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience building dashboards, governing metrics, and translating data into insights, reporting narratives, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in Learning Management Systems, including administration, governance, deployment, and optimization.
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and present status updates clearly.
