As the first Biz Ops Lead at , you will serve as the operational backbone for a company scaling toward $100M ARR. You will design core business systems, execute high-impact strategic sprints across functions, and perform deep analytical work on pricing and cohorts to fuel our explosive 5x annual growth.

• This is a rare "founding" operations role where you define the cadences, systems, and strategy for a business targeting $100M ARR.
• Work directly with leadership on-site in San Francisco to solve mission-critical challenges across every department from pricing to product capacity.

• Build and lead essential operating cadences including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and weekly business reviews to ensure organizational alignment.
• Embed into various functions for 2-4 week strategic sprints to solve complex bottlenecks and optimize cross-functional performance.
• Own the company's analytical engine, performing deep-dive modeling on customer cohorts, pricing strategies, and infrastructure capacity.

• Possesses 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations within a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.
• Demonstrates expert-level analytical skills, with the ability to build complex revenue models and cohort analyses from scratch in spreadsheets.
• Adopts a builder mindset by leveraging AI tools and basic coding to automate manual workflows and turn operational chaos into scalable systems.
