Enterprise Partner Marketing Incentives Operations Lead
The Sage Groups' Client is seeking an Enterprise Partner Marketing Incentives Operations Lead. This role leads the operational execution, program management, and strategic enablement for the partner marketing co-funding portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Strategy & Operations (S&O), program management, and financial governance, you will oversee how enterprise partners access, apply for, and deploy joint marketing funds. A major focus of this role will be the rollout and scaling of new co-funding mechanisms, such as Co-Marketing Credits, ensuring partners know how to utilize funds effectively while maintaining budget accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Incentives Portfolio & Budget Management:
Manage day-to-day operations for the global partner marketing funds portfolio, including application reviews, budget allocations, fund utilization tracking, and financial reconciliation. Monitor $200M+ scale incentive buckets, ensuring high velocity of partner fund absorption and minimal unallocated budget decay. - Co-Marketing Credits & Program Enablement:
Operationalize and scale new incentive models (e.g., Co-Marketing Credits), creating enablement guidelines, FAQs, and application workflows for internal field teams and external partners. - Program Strategy & Analytics:
Combine operational execution with analytical insight—evaluating fund performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Partner with sales operations, channel managers, and finance to align incentive deployments with strategic Cloud priorities. - Operational Governance:
Maintain audit-ready compliance standards for proof of execution, claim reimbursements, and enterprise co-funding approvals.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
- Background: 4–7+ years in Enterprise Channel Incentives Ops, Strategy & Operations (S&O) consulting, or Partner Program Management within enterprise SaaS / Cloud ecosystems.
- Incentive Mechanics:
Deep expertise in enterprise co-op, Market Development Funds (MDF), co-marketing credits, or joint partner investment models. - Profile: A balance of operational rigor, strategic enablement, and financial analytics (not a pure data-analyst role; requires strong program management and stakeholder communication).
- Skills:
Advanced financial/budget modeling in Google Sheets/Excel, familiarity with PRM systems, and experience driving operational changes across cross-functional enterprise teams.
Duration: 1 year and ongoing
Remote anywhere: PST preferred but open to other time zones
Pay: $65.00 / W2 – 80 hours PTO
