MintMCP is seeking a dedicated post-sales leader to own customer accounts from contract through renewal. You will build mutual delivery plans, guide onboarding, and ensure live use against real use cases while maintaining strong customer trust.
You will own renewals and expansion opportunities, coordinate with engineering and founders when needed, and shape the post-sales function as the customer base grows. This is an in-person role with travel required.
