Support the CCIO to design, implement, and continuously improve the systems, tools, processes, and cross-functional coordination necessary for departments across GLIDE (Finance, Fund Development, Programs, Ops, HR, etc.) to effectively meet their compliance responsibilities. Build and maintain cross-system compliance dashboards, calendars, organizational compliance checklists, and other reporting tools to improve organizational visibility and accountability for contract/grant compliance requirements. Conduct and document biannual compliance assessments with the CCIO to build and improve compliant practices and culture across GLIDE.
Collaborate with the CCIO and compliance leads across departments (Finance,Fund Development,Programs,Operations,HR,etc.) to standardize compliance workflows,templates,checklists,toolkits,and documentation. Maintain centralized repositories for compliance documentation and institutional knowledge. In collaboration with CCIO,Program leads,staff,d evelop organizational readiness processes for contract audits and monitoring visits,as well as audit preparation tools (eg.standardized auditchecklistsand timelines). Surface emerging compliance risksand gapsat the organizational leveland recommend process improvements.
