• Assist in daily operational tasks, supporting the team in achieving business objectives and targets.
• Participate in various projects, contributing to the development and improvement of processes and systems.
• Learn and understand e-commerce operations, including customer service, order management, and seller support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.

【Job Requirements】:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with recent graduates or students in their final year of study.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data analysis.
