* Minimum qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in management consulting at the project lead or managerial level or equivalent experience in corporate strategy.

* Preferred qualifications:

* + Advanced degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
+ 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm with a strong performance trajectory.
+ Experience in technology, media, or a telecom company or education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
+ Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment, leading client projects and owning operational and initiatives.
+ Experience guiding consultants and excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.

* The central Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company's product areas and functions. The team, also known as Biz Ops, operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues.
Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of Biz Ops work in small teams to find solutions. These include shaping how we go to market with generative AI, defining and executing our strategy on company-wide priorities like transforming Google into the world's first AI-native enterprise, developing monetization strategies across our consumer and B2B products, and exploring "moonshots" to find the next big idea.
Biz Ops is at the forefront of Google's fast-moving strategic priorities, addressing operational challenges and enabling innovation.
In this role, you will own the problem definition, run your own work streams/analyses, and become the expert on key topics/data. You will persuasively communicate your recommendations to executives, and influence strategic decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution. You will build lasting relationships with colleagues across Alphabet, enabling you to execute rapidly and cross-functionally. As a member of Biz Ops, you will also be a part of a tight-knit community with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $150000 - $217000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
