Passionate about building client relationships, the full-time remote Client Success Manager will support Enterprise clients by managing account growth, ensuring renewals, and providing strategic insights to maximize the benefits of AI-powered solutions.
Key responsibilities- Strengthen and grow relationships with a portfolio of 5-10 accounts, ensuring renewal and growth

- 3+ years of experience managing mid-market level accounts in a client-facing role
- Proven track record of building trusting relationships with stakeholders at large enterprise clients
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Deep analytical skills with a passion for data-driven insights
- Self-directed and energetic, with a proactive approach to responsibilities
