For our client, we are seeking a Senior Researcher Consumer (advanced) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $167,280 – $196,800 annually

• Lead UX research for the Advanced Trade team
• Conduct mixed-methods research for sophisticated traders
• Synthesize qualitative findings with quantitative data
• Maintain scalable research programs to stay connected with user needs
• Guide stakeholders in using research insights for product strategy

• 5+ years of user research experience with large product areas
• Experience working with sophisticated, hard-to-reach populations
• Ability to merge qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven track record in managing research across competing needs
• Familiarity with crypto trading is a plus
• Responsible use of generative AI in research processes
