California Financial Advisors is a well-established, rapidly growing RIA in San Ramon-and they're looking for an Operations Manager to step into a high-impact role created through a planned succession.

$110K + Bonus + 3% 401(k) Match

Why This Role Is Different

You'll work directly with the COO and current Operations Manager, receiving hands-on training and significant knowledge transfer as you grow into the role.

This isn't a narrow operations position. You'll have visibility across operations, HR, technology, compliance coordination, process improvement, and firmwide initiatives.

You'll be expected to spot problems, build solutions, and actually get things done.

️ What You'll Own

+ Lead operational projects from planning through implementation

+ Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency

+ Partner with leadership on firmwide initiatives

+ Support technology implementations and process improvements

+ Coordinate HR initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, and employee matters

+ Work cross-functionally with Compliance

+ Serve as a go-to resource for operational questions

+ Help drive projects that improve the way the firm operates

Requirements

Who They're Looking For

Someone who is:

✔️ Operationally sharp and highly organized

✔️ Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems

✔️ A strong communicator who can work across departments

✔️ Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented

✔️ Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a ~20-person organization

✔️ Interested in growing into a broader operations leadership role

Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus-but the right operational mindset matters most.
