House of AI is looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence: a builder who wants to help us grow one of the most exciting communities in AI while getting the runway, the room, and the resources to chase their own startup at the same time. Half your time is ours. The other half is yours. All of it compounds.

This is a rare setup, so let’s be blunt about what you get:

• A free desk in the heart of San Francisco, in a room full of founders, operators, and people building the future of AI.
• A real salary and full health insurance. You shouldn’t have to trade financial stability for the chance to build.
• Equity in House of AI. You’re helping build the brand, so you own a piece of the upside.
• At least 50% of your time, protected, to work on your own idea, product, or startup. No side-hustle guilt. It’s part of the job.
• Proximity to a network of founders, investors, and AI talent who show up at our events and walk through our doors every week.

You’re not a passenger here. You’re a co-builder. Half your week goes toward making House of AI the place every AI builder in the city wants to be:

• Build the brand. Shape how House of AI shows up in the world: voice, presence, reputation, and the story we tell.
• Host events. Run the dinners, demo nights, hackathons, and gatherings that turn a space into a community.
• Run day-to-day operations. Keep the house running: the details, the logistics, the momentum that makes everything else possible.
• Grow the community. Bring in the founders, operators, and talent who make this place magnetic.

Nights, mornings, and half of every week belong to your own venture. Prototype it, pitch it, ship it, raise for it. You’ll be doing it surrounded by people who’ve done it before and who are rooting for you to pull it off. When your thing takes off, we celebrate. That’s the whole point.

• A builder ’ve started things, shipped things, or can’t stop tinkering with ideas.
• Someone with real entrepreneurial ambition and a startup you’re itching to build (or the drive to find it fast).
• A natural connector who makes rooms warmer and communities stronger.
• Comfortable wearing every hat (host, operator, marketer, fixer), sometimes all in one day.
• Genuinely excited about AI and the people building in it.
• Based in (or ready to be in) San Francisco. This one’s in person. The magic happens in the room.
