Join a high-growth AI startup as the first Demand Gen hire to build our marketing engine from scratch. You will define the strategy, execute multi-channel experiments, and turn successful tactics into a repeatable pipeline. Working directly with founders, you’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process to drive growth for our enterprise AI automation platform.

• Build a marketing function from zero with full ownership over strategy, budget, and channel execution.
• Join a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs that is scaling rapidly and serving major enterprise customers.
• Work directly with founders in a high-impact, fast-moving environment where you can shape the company’s growth trajectory.

• Design and execute full-funnel lead generation campaigns across paid and organic channels to build a consistent pipeline.
• Develop and manage nurture programs and automation workflows to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and conduct rapid experiments to identify and scale the most effective growth levers.

• 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Proven ability to build and scale marketing playbooks from scratch without relying on external agencies or pre-existing infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a builder mindset that favors execution and speed.
