As a Founders Associate at , you will work directly with the CEO to scale a front-of-the-house operation. This is a high-impact, generalist role where you’ll lead customer discovery, execute GTM strategies, and close deals with mid-market distributors. You will bridge the gap between technical AI infrastructure and real-world industrial operations.

• Direct mentorship from the CEO while operating across every business function, from sales and strategy to product and operations.
• Ownership of a $3T+ market opportunity, solving critical supply chain bottlenecks that impact the physical production of global hardware.
• High-leverage equity and visibility in a seed-stage company backed by investors with deep expertise in scaling industrial technology.

• Lead customer discovery and sales cycles, managing relationships with major distributors from the initial outreach through to the final close.
• Design and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, identifying high-value market segments and building the outbound playbook for expansion.
• Collaborate across the business to solve whatever is most critical that week, including operations, product feedback, and strategic partnerships.

• 1 to 4 years of experience in high-performance environments like consulting, banking, or early-stage startups, with a proven track record of selling.
• A rigorous, "scrappy" problem-solver who can navigate complex technical domains and hold their own in rooms with enterprise executives.
• A deep interest in physical-world infrastructure and supply chains, rather than just another consumer software or standard SaaS dashboard.
