Job DescriptionAs the first community hire, you will bridge the gap between digital matches and real-world connections. You'll lead campus networks, organize high-impact events in San Francisco, and manage founder-level outreach. This high-leverage role combines event production, strategic growth, and operations, using AI tools to automate workflows while focusing on the human elements of relationship-building.

- Exceptional communicator who writes persuasive copy and feels comfortable building rapport with diverse stakeholders ranging from student leaders to bar managers.
- Highly organized operator with strong executive function, capable of juggling multiple operational threads and using AI tools like Claude or Zapier to automate repetitive workflows.
