Client Success Manager

Larkin Benefit Administrators is seeking a Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with employer clients in the finance and insurance space. You'll serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth delivery of our leave, disability, and benefits administration services. In this role, you'll manage onboarding, oversee ongoing account performance, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of employer clients.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.
• Monitor service performance and resolve complex issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide guidance on leave, disability, and benefits administration best practices.
• Review and interpret program data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and business reviews.
• Ensure services support client compliance with applicable leave and benefits regulations.
• Gather client feedback and partner with internal stakeholders to enhance services and processes.
• Support renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities by demonstrating program value.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking in CRM or related systems.
