Shift Supervisor (Full Time

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Bon Appétit. The role is located in Richmond Robotics, 321 Alabama Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, and is only open for online applications.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous food service experience is required.
• Full‑time; flexible days and hours with required weekend availability.
• Pay range: $27.00 to $28.00 per hour.
