Office Manager
As Office Manager, you will own the operational backbone of Serval's headquarters. You'll ensure our workplace runs seamlessly — from facilities and vendors to internal events and employee experience — enabling the team to do the best work of their careers.
You will directly shape how it feels to work s role is hands-on. You will directly execute internal events, manage day-to-day logistics, and shape the physical environment in ways that make it energizing, organized, and high-performing.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, has true hospitality mindset, and understands how environment drives performance.
Own end-to-end office operations, including facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring strong service standards and cost discipline.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and security compliance.
Help plan and execute internal events (all-hands, offsites, team gatherings).
Maintain operational readiness of the office at all times.
Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace-related needs.
Be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming office experience.
Continuously improve systems and processes to reduce friction and elevate the employee.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Comfort working cross-functionally with leadership, finance, and HR stakeholders.
A genuine hospitality mindset and creating thoughtful experiences — you anticipate needs, sweat the details, and take pride in seamless execution.
Comfort owning logistics end-to-end in a highly accountable role.
Finds satisfaction in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes.
Nice to Have2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or administrative leadership.
Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling organization.
Experience hosting and planning events from ideation to execution
Track record of improving office efficiency, reducing costs, or enhancing employee experience.
Interest in building a culture-forward, operationally disciplined workplace from the ground up.
