Job DescriptionAs the first VP of Product at One Notary, Inc., you will transform a notary-focused service into a multi-vertical human verification infrastructure platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the product strategy, build the PM organization from scratch, and define the APIs powering strategic partnerships with giants like Docu Sign.

- Lead the evolution from a single-service product to a comprehensive platform for identity verification, compliance attestation, and regulated KYC workflows.
- Own the entire product strategy and roadmap across core verticals like notary and I-9, plus expansion into fraud deflection and lending solutions.
- Build and scale the product management organization from zero, hiring and developing a high-performance PM team to support enterprise expansion.
- Lead the embedded and API product experience, managing high-stakes design partnerships with top-tier enterprise accounts and strategic ISV partners.
- Brings 10+ years of product leadership in B2B SaaS, having scaled a platform company through the $10M to $50M+ ARR growth phase.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in API-first or embedded platform products, matching patterns from industry leaders like Stripe, Plaid, Twilio, or Okta.
- Possesses founder-adjacent DNA and the ability to thrive in regulated domains like fintech or legaltech while partnering closely with a technical founding team.
