As a generalist Founder’s Associate, you will drive high-impact initiatives across operations, growth, and finance. Reporting directly to the founders of a rapidly scaling AI hardware company, you’ll tackle ambiguous problems, automate essential systems, and bridge functional gaps. This is a high-ownership role designed for a future business leader.

• Work directly with founders at a startup that achieved significant revenue milestones within its first few months of operation.
• Well-funded by top-tier VCs and part of a premier accelerator program, providing a massive platform for professional growth.
• High-responsibility environment where you’ll own entire functions and eventually transition into a leadership or Chief of Staff role.

• Execute end-to-end growth experiments and operational improvements to optimize business performance and scale as the company expands globally.
• Build and automate internal financial and reporting systems to ensure data-driven decision-making across every department of the business.
• Act as an interim owner for various business functions, managing everything from fundraising preparation to complex customer operations.

• At least 1+ years of experience in a high-rigor environment with a strong analytical or technical background.
• Technically literate with a bias to action, leveraging AI tools to amplify output and solve unfamiliar problems independently.
• Structured thinker and clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments with minimal oversight and high ownership.
