Business Operations drives Rippling’s most impactful initiatives and shapes product development, go‑to‑market strategy, and customer operations. The team excels at structuring ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence.

We are seeking Biz Ops Managers who are exceptional problem‑solvers, self‑driven contributors, hands‑on operators, and trusted partners. Successful candidates will drive crucial business outcomes, lead 0‑to‑1 initiatives, and execute on the company’s strategic decisions.

• Identify hotspots that require intervention and collaborate with business leaders to strategize and implement solutions.
• Develop and optimize monetization strategies, including pricing and packaging, to position our products competitively and accelerate growth.
• Partner with engineering, product, go‑to‑market, sales, and other functions to launch new initiatives and improve operations through systems, processes, and product changes.
• Analyze relevant data; run queries, build dashboards, and create Pivot Tables.
• Work with finance and revenue ops to standardize and distribute key operating metrics for the business.

• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, venture capital, private equity, or entrepreneurship. High‑trajectory candidates with fewer years at top companies will be considered.
• Experience in a highly cross‑functional role and ability to navigate the dynamics of a fast‑growth company.
• A naturally analytical mindset that prefers spreadsheets over slide decks.
• Ability to operate at all altitudes—from strategy and vision with executives to troubleshooting operations with contributors.
• An extreme degree of ownership and grit; you do not let go until a problem is solved.
• Capability to execute with conviction and good judgment with limited guidance, adapting quickly in ambiguous contexts.
