Zof AI is seeking a Chief of Staff to help the company run well as it grows. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role spanning operations, hiring support, planning, and execution: building the systems and rhythms that let a small, ambitious team move fast. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable owning the unglamorous work that keeps a company sharp.

• Build and run the operating rhythms that keep the team focused and fast.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and people operations.
• Own planning, reporting, and follow-through across the company.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, sales, and leadership.
• Set up and improve internal systems, tools, and processes.
• Handle finance, vendor, and administrative operations where needed.
• Run the hybrid human plus AI-agent operating model: how agent teammates are provisioned, supervised, and measured alongside people.
• Use AI tools to streamline operations and reporting.
• Take on high-priority problems and drive them to resolution.
