Manager, North America Brand Operation
Job Duration: 6+ month
Job Location:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Must have skills:
- Strong operations or process-design background in complex, high-volume environments.
- Fluent in AI and automation concepts, with the ability to translate ideas into practical improvements.
- A true process builder who thrives in ambiguity and simplification.
- Clear communicator with strong documentation instincts.
- Comfortable partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
Duration of assignment and possible extensions: 6-month assignment, possibility of extension/conversion.
Having payment/fintech/banking experience is helpful
- Card design reviews are a critical component lens
- Possible background from:
Brand governance, Marketing operations, Digital Transformation, Customer Success, Transformation Management
- Degree is not a requirement - BMAS is the brand management approval system
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
